T'was the Day before Christmas

Santa' workshop
T'was the Day before Christmas and the Elfs are working very hard and building all the toys for the girls and the boys.

Merry Christmas
We met more of Santa's elves asking all the girls and boys if they were naughty or nice and checking Santa's list at least once or twice.

Santa has 3 more helpers

Santa has been very busy and it has been very difficult to find him at such short notice.  We are told Santa will fly out tonite to begin his journey delivering toys for Christmas Day.  Thanks to RK Heli Ski, he will have an early start to his night.  (Hope to catch him tomorrow morning)

Pastor Trevor Hagan
Hark the Herald Angels Sing

On serious note, we did attend Christmas Eve service at the Summit this afternoon.  It is the highest Christmas Eve Service to be held in Canada at 7875 ft. Thank you Pastor Trevor Hagan for such a great service.  We sang Christmas Carols under a wishful snowy sky amongst the trees and the mountains and snow.

It is a wonderful afternoon and great to spend Christmas Eve celebrating the Christmas spirit and the story of the Birth of Jesus Christ
Christmas Eve at the Summit

Go Tell it on the Mountain
Go Tell it on the mountain
Over the hill and everywhere
Go tell it on the mountain
That Jesus Christ is born.
While shepherds kept their watching
Over silent flocks by night
Behold throughout the heavens
There shone a holy light.
The shepherds feared and trembled
When lo above the earth
Rang out the angel Chorus
That hailed our Savior’s birth.
Down in a lowly manger
The humble Christ was born
And god sent us salvation
That Blessed Christmas morn.
